Debra is certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and is licensed to practice acupuncture and herbal medicine in Oregon and California. Debra has been an instructor at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has lectured to groups of other health care professionals as well as the general public.
